A tool to find what brings us together
“Between Us” is a practical guide of possibilities to foster conversations among women from different political, religious, and social perspectives. Created by listening to Brazilian women from across the country, this material offers concrete communication strategies to advance rights without creating divisions.

An invitation to open connecting conversations
Engage in dialogues about public safety, violence, gender equity, women’s political participation, the division of domestic labor, disinformation, and other topics with women of diverse identities and political views.

Diverse women,
different appeals
Evangelical women, youth, mothers, entrepreneurs: experience dialogue through a lens of welcoming and empathy, valuing what matters to each individual while advancing, together, toward rights for all.
Who this guide is for
Parliamentarians, policy-makers and their teams creating bills and public policies.
Women-led organizations developing campaigns and mobilizations.
Communicators and content creators producing materials on politics and rights.
Leaders facilitating dialogues in their communities
The narrative guide “Between Us” is the result of research into the perspectives and feelings of Brazilian women regarding various political and social issues. While rooted in a specific national context, the patterns it reveals—concerning political engagement, the language of trust, and unexpected common ground—reflect dynamics found in many societies navigating polarization and democratic stress. Although originally rooted in Brazilian culture, it is now offered to the world as an invitation to reflect on, adapt to, and build on these lessons in light of one’s own specific context.
